Smoky Wedding Distillers Cut 700ml

$249.00

BATCH: SWDC1

ABV: 58%

BOTTLES: 136

This edition of Smoky Wedding is a special bottling in collaboration with The Whisky List. Our combination of Flinders Island peated malt and Scottish peated malt in the mash bill, beautiful sweet and smoky new make spirit matured in two 50l Heaven Hill casks for 3 years.

Our first ever "Distiller's Cut" release, bottled at 58% ABV for a more dense and bold dram. This whisky has a big creme brulee nose with touches of phenolic peat and charred lemon. The front palate bursts with a zippy, floral sweetness with the peat profile broadening and bringing a briney element. The earthiness of Flinders Island native peat carries the aromatic smoke through the finish, leaving a lovely effervescent grip.
