Building a whisky distillery is a phenomenal undertaking. The concept of time is one that you need to be careful with; some casks laid down will be decanted and bottled in just over two years, whereas other casks may not be touched for ten. We want to be able to look back in ten years’ time at the whisky we bottled when we were young and reminisce. We want you to be able to pick up a bottle off the shelf at a bar or a mates place, and know from the label exactly why that bottle is so special.

All whisky releases from March 2022 come with a QR code on the neck label which when scanned will take you to a page that will tell you all about the whisky in your bottle. Who made it, what from, and what was the climate at the time. As we write the tomes of our production, we invite you to share in our history.
